Teach your real dog
- Click the moment it shakes
- Attach the cue "Shake it off"
- Reward when it shakes on cue
- Space out the rewards
Common mistake
Do not wet the dog on purpose — catch natural moments.
Caution
Keep sessions under 5 minutes. Stop if your dog is tired or uninterested and try again later. Even shorter for puppies and seniors.
